We offer flexible pricing to suit every engagement model. From on-demand project work to three tiered hourly packages with volume-adjusted rates. There are no fixed fees and no surprises: every project starts with a clear scope and a transparent quote.
4. What payment terms do you require?
For new and infrequent clients we require a minimum 30% deposit to begin. For established clients we offer flexible terms including 20% upfront or instalment arrangements spanning up to 12 months.
5. Can I speak to your team before committing to a project?
Absolutely. We encourage it. Our specialists are available for a free consultation before any commitment is made. And many clients find the scoping conversation itself leads to a sharper, more valuable solution than they originally envisioned.
6. Do you use in-house developers or outsource work?
All work is delivered exclusively by Sapphire’s in-house engineers and developers. We do not outsource to freelancers or third-party agencies. This is fundamental to our quality standards and is how we consistently deliver to the level our 1000+ clients expect.
7. What are your customer support hours?
Standard client support runs from 9am to 6pm across all offices. Contractual clients with ongoing engagements receive extended support. Typically 12+ hours of daily availability to match the pace of their operations.

Data security is embedded into every stage of our process, from contract and NDA signing through project design to delivery and post-project maintenance.
