Insurance, sales and commission automation
We had the mission on consolidating one important area withinin the company which were responsible for assessments on insurance rates, sales control and commission generation. With that we not only automated the whole process through VBA development but also showed KPIs and follow-up graphs that assess daily, weekly and monthly progress.

3. Is there a fixed fee?
We do not work with fixed fees. In every type of service, we go from “on demand” to 3 different types of hourly packages whose hourly rate and total value differ for each product.
4. How can I pay?
For each project, we ask for at least 30% upfront when it comes to “infrequent or repeat customers”. For recurring customers we can go from 20% or up to 12-month installments.
5. Is there any cost for a pre-project meeting?
Absolutely not! We are more than happy to speak with potential customers while offering and consulting them with even better solutions than originally expected.
6. Does Sapphire work with freelancers?
Every customer can be relieved. At Sapphire, we have the highest standards for our work from project scopes and templates to minimum standards than industry-level overwork standards. So, to maintain this and constantly seek improvement, we only work with “in-house” engineers and software developers.
7. What are the customer service hours?
Our customer service is generally available from 9am to 6pm in all countries where we have offices. But different working hours apply to contractual clients who generally have at least 12 hours of customer service available.
8. What technologies does Sapphire use?
The type of technology used at Sapphire varies depending on the primary platform that is going to be used to address our customers’ problems and our customers’ insights. The most used are Microsoft 365 tools and Microsoft’s own coding languages, such as VBA and DAX, also for software and application development, we mainly use JSCript (and its variations), Python and SQL and their variations).
9. How do you ensure data security and privacy?
Data security is in our culture and, having said that, we know that dealing with large and important projects always comes with even greater responsibilities, so taking care of our customers from the beginning and their data is crucial from the contracts and the entire process of design and coding.
