The first movement that this project required was to enter into the deep analysis of how the project’s costs and revenues would be defined and how to design spaces and allocate multiple variables that may arise in the future in relation to revenues and costs, giving lifetime usability to the project. .

PnL and Finance KPIs in Power BI
A hybrid project that begins to feed the financial routine by automatically categorizing accounting categories with Excel Development and configuration of different accounts by countries, types and type (profit or loss). After all the financial setup, this is converted into a complex database and handled with DAX development in Power BI to show the best categorized financial KPIs and business development.
